TeamSnap FAQ’s

Players

  • Before we can add you as a player, we need your contact information, including your email address.  Send an email to [email protected]serugby.org with your information.
  • Go to your email and find the TeamSnap invitation and follow the instructions.
  • Do NOT add your parents to your account. For parent access, see next section.
  • VERY IMPORTANT:    Ensure your alerts are set to PERSISTENT.
    • Set your notifications to persistent so that you will need to swipe away a notification when it is received. You can find that option under Settings> Notifications> TeamSnap> and change the “Alerts Banners” to Persistent

 

Player Parents / Guardians

  • Before we can add you as a family member or guardian, we need your contact information, including your email address.  Send an email to [email protected]serugby.org with your information.
  • Go to your email and find the TeamSnap invitation and follow the instructions.

Accessing TeamSnap:

Mobile App:

  1. Open the mobile app on your device by tapping the TeamSnap icon (Available for download in Google Play for Android or App Store for iOS)
  2. Tap Log In
  3. Enter email address, tap Next (Android) or Continue (iOS)
  4. Enter password, tap Log In

*IMPORTANT:  Once logged into the mobile app, please stay logged in. Logging out may prevent important team alerts/reminders/messages from being received!

Web Browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.):

  1. Go to teamsnap.com 
  2. Click the Log In button (top right)
  3. On the login screen, enter your email address and password
  4. Click the Log In button
